Upload a clear photo of your driver’s license.

Provide a screenshot of your direct deposit details and upload it.

Provide any government healthcare documents from Obamacare or Healthcare.gov.

Upload any relevant 1099 forms for mortgage or educational expenses.

Upload any documents that verify your income, such as bank statements, and transaction records from platforms like Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Square, PayPal, Shopify, or Stripe

Upload a photo of your Social Security card, as well as Social Security cards and birthdates for any dependents

Specify the tax year you are filing for, and indicate whether it is a first-time filing or an amendment. If it’s an amendment, state the relevant years.

 If your income is cash-based, provide a typed “To Whom It May Concern” letter stating your income source. Include your business name, EIN, address, phone number, email address, and your name. Calculate your total income for the year or provide an estimate.
